APARTMENT DESCRIPTION
Our first apartment building is located at Jaroslava Seiferta 167/12. The building has a total of seven apartments and a 27-bed capacity. The smallest apartment is intended for a maximum of 2 persons and the largest for a maximum of 6 persons. Each apartment has its own bathroom with toilet. Two selected apartments, numbers IV and VI, are also equipped with an air conditioning unit. There is free internet access in the entire area of the building and apartments via WiFi free of charge.
You can also stay in the apartments with your household pets, particularly dogs and cats.
Upon request we can provide your apartment with a child’s bed or high chair.
Guests always have outdoor seating available on a sun terrace surrounded by plant life.
All apartments are non-smoking. Option of smoking on adjacent terraces.

Apartment No. 1 I - 1
This 45m2 apartment is intended for up to 4 persons; it has a separate bedroom equipped with sturdy double bed, in the living area another solid sleeping area and additional bed are available. The solid barrel ceilings with “mirror” add to the pleasant atmosphere of the apartment. The apartment includes a wonderfully equipped kitchen counter with bar seating for 4 persons and a table with wine storage, refrigerator, and stove. It has its own fully equipped sanitary facilities (blow dryer, towels, shower gel, etc.). The view from this apartment is oriented toward Náměstí Karla IV.
Apartment No. 2 I - 2
This apartment, covering an area of 45m2, is for up to 4 people and has a sturdy double bed in an original Iron-Art design, as well as another fixed bed and the option to add an extra bed. Comfortable seating for 2 people. There is a very well-equipped separate kitchen in the next room, together with a table and four chairs. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob and basic equipment. The apartment has a fully-equipped bathroom (hairdryer, towels, shower gel, etc.). The apartment has a view of the chateau tower.

This apartment, covering an area of 25m2, is for 2 people and has a double bed, a table and chairs, a small kitchenette with a fridge, a hob and basic equipment. The apartment has a fully-equipped bathroom (hairdryer, towels, shower gel, etc.). The apartment has a view of the chateau tower.
Apartment No. 4 I - 4
This large attic apartment, covering an area of 75m2, is for up to 6 people. The apartment is dominated by a high sloping ceiling with a girder beam and a brickwork wall. The apartment has a separate room with two beds. In the main living room there is a large double bed, a table and chairs, and the option to add an extra bed. Through the passageway there is a kitchenette with a fridge and washing machine, a hob, basic kitchen equipment and additional seating. The apartment has a fully-equipped bathroom (hairdryer, towels, shower gel, etc.). There is also a comfortable sofa in the living room. The apartment has a view of the chateau tower. This apartment is exclusively fitted with an excellent air-conditioning system.

This attic apartment, covering an area of 42m2, is for 3 people and has a very romantic atmosphere. In addition to the double bed there is also a separate single. The apartment includes a kitchenette with a fridge, a hob and basic kitchen equipment. The apartment has a fully-equipped bathroom (hairdryer, towels, shower gel, washing machine, etc.). Through the skylight windows there is a beautiful view not only of the vineyard and the surrounding greenery, but especially of the historical floodgate in Hořín, which is part of the confluence of our two biggest rivers, the Elbe and the Vltava.

This attic apartment, covering an area of 58m2, is for up to 4 people and is dominated by sloping ceilings and exposed beams. It has 3 separate beds and the option to add an extra bed. The apartment is equipped with a table and chairs, a small kitchenette with a fridge, a hob and basic equipment. The apartment has a fully-equipped bathroom (hairdryer, towels, shower gel, etc.). This apartment is exclusively fitted with an excellent air-conditioning system.
Apartment No. 7 I - 7
This apartment, which has a separate entrance, is 42m2 in size and is for up to 4 people. The apartment has a modern yet romantic black metal bed, which contrasts nicely with the white metal one added as an extra bed. This apartment includes a very well-equipped kitchen range together with a table and seating for 4 people. It naturally has a fridge and a hob. The apartment has a fully-equipped bathroom (hairdryer, towels, shower gel, etc.). The south porch of this apartment faces greenery and is a lovely place to sit. You are just 150 steps away from the vineyard and a view of the confluence of our two biggest rivers, the Elbe and the Vltava.
